A great retreat! The location, architecture and interior design is some of the greatest we have seen in all of our travels. The art collection and furniture are all first class. The pools and views also were incredible.  A truly fantastic stay!

This palce was absolutely wonderful for my family, with my 2 sons Ari (6 years) and Jacob ¿12 years?. Two special people here really made our stay amazing: first, Lucia helped me make all our arrangements to come, was super helpful and sweet and made us feel like this was our home before we even arrived. Then, during our whole stay here she has been incredibly helpful, sweet and understanding. She is a wonderful person, and we will remember her kindness. Second, everything that we did, learned and experienced here is thanks to our terrific guide Celso. He was informative, fun, active, always interested and good natured. We all learned so much from him. He was just wonderful and so kind with our boys; really a gentle person. He is a real asset to your program in many ways. Our only regret is that we can- not stay longer and do even more here. We will be back !

This is wonderful ! The pools are REALLY fun and warm … I love the way you decorated the place with flowers everywhere! The food was good too! And the view of the volcano was fantastic ! Although we have been here only one night and one whole morning we have been so very impressed by everything in this unique hotel. I would like especially to say how much we have appreciated Rodrigo. He was so nice, his hospitality was really the best you could ask for: he did the best to show us the best time, gave us the best room, the best food and the best service. The way he had treated us id really something very unique. The spa was good, everything and everybody at this hotel is special. We can’t wait to come back as soon as we can.
